The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 31 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas. The principals that head up the team for this particular position are Rob Samut and Sam Pillay.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate to join our friendly Health Law team in Brisbane. The role will provide opportunities for involvement acting for medical and allied health professionals and other health care providers in a variety of claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated proceedings and coronial inquests.
The Successful Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- previous defendant Health Law experience;
- a minimum of 3+ years PAE;
- ability to build strong relationships with a focus on client service;
- effective communication skills;
- ability to manage own files and assist others with files under supervision; and
- a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
