Azure Minerals Limited is a highly successful Western Australian mineral company currently accelerating development of our high-grade lithium and nickel assets at the Andover Project. Azure is experiencing exponential growth as the Andover project transitions from exploration into scoping stages. As part of that growth, we are now looking for a talented Perth based Health & Safety Administrator to support our team. Reporting to the Health and Safety Superintendent, this role will support administer a variety of health and safety projects and systems.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain a Safe System of Work (SSW) and Mine Safety Management System (MSMS) through preparation of plans, procedures, SWMS, work instructions and other documents
- Maintain a variety of databases, including incident management, document control, contractor management and stakeholder management systems
- Contribute to the organisation and coordination of meetings, site travel, workshops, conferences
- Review of H&S risk assessments, inspections and audits
- Collate and manage data from H&S data from monitoring programs (e.g., personal aid quality and noise)
- Contribute to the preparation of safety compliance reports (DEMIRS)
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees
- Preparation of H&S inductions, training, and awareness programs
Requirements:
- 2 + years' experience in a Health and Safety Administration role
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to use a range of databases
- Highly developed Microsoft office suite and teams skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Commitment to positive safety culture and leading by example
- Minimum Certificate III in Work Health and Safety
