In this newly created Part Time role, an opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team providing Environmental Health and Safety administration support. Based in Welshpool, Perth and reporting to the National Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for: -
- Providing Document Control for Wormald’s EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with Wormald branding and Document Control requirements.
- Maintaining EHS content within Wormald’s Intranet program (MyEHS), ensuring it is accurate, up to date and user friendly.
- Maintaining access to and uploading information into clients third party portals including licences and insurance documentation.
- Distributing EHS related statistics and communications.
- Assisting with EHS campaigns - coordination and design of collateral for communication, awareness, and initiatives - in liaison with National and Regional objectives and supporting implementation of various programs such as mental health, audit planning (internal and external), and other arising projects.
- General administrative support including, coordination and reporting of EHS Team travel and meetings and other support services as needed.
- Maintain networks, internally with other EHS personnel, and externally with industry, statutory and professional bodies.
To be successful you will:-
- Ideally, hold a recognised administration-based qualification or alternatively have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Have advanced/extremely high-level proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint design, MS Office suite and competency using software solutions.
- Have a minimum of three years administration and coordination support role experience.
- Be passionate about protecting people and property.
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills and be great at developing and maintaining diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Manage competing priorities with sound time management skills.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Hold a current valid driver’s licence and
- Be prepared to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen.
