As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will support personnel to achieve safety excellence and maximise company safety performance through audit, engagement, training, investigation and continuous improvement. And in the long run, you'll contribute to a sustainable future for Australia.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will provide health and safety compliance advice to the operational management of our sites across.

- Conduct inspections and audits in accordance with the internal audit schedule
- Assist with third party audits
- Monitor the compliance of operations against company objects and targets, along with client and legislative requirements
- Implement defined strategies in injury prevention and wellbeing programs in collaboration with the Injury Prevention and Health team
- Deliver defined SHEQ related training and other SHEQ communications;
- Manage our risk management software specific to the Vic Environmental Services business
- Minimum cert 4 in WH&S or extensive industry experience in a similar WH&S position
- Experience in implementing safety systems
- Working knowledge and understanding of all relevant Safety legislation including Chain of Responsibility
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Good stakeholder management skills
