They focus on providing support services, funds and knowledge to not only those whose health is directly impacted but to their families and support structures as well.The opportunityReporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and overall coordination for everything health, Safety and Wellbeing within the organisation. Your duties will include but not be limited to fielding incoming enquiries, assisting with reporting, inductions and onboarding, assisting with investigations, coordinating meetings, training workshops while assisting with projects and initiatives.Selection criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification – HR, WHS or related
- Exposure to a WHS environment would be advantageous
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Effective communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder experience
- Tech savvy with a current QLD drivers licence and ability to travel when required
- Highly regarded community driven NFP
