About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Provide expert health and wellbeing advice, guidance and support to departmental leaders, relevant to staff mental health and wellbeing.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of staff wellbeing strategies, initiatives and projects.
- Align wellbeing outcomes with customer requirements, recognised research and best practice.
- Manage large scale contracts with external suppliers to deliver services to all staff across Queensland, which may include programs such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and projects related to staff wellbeing.
