Your new company isan Australian family-owned company, growing in the utilities space looking foran ambitious graduate to join their Work Health Safety Team as a Health, Safety& Quality Coordinator.
Your new role
In your new role youwould be responsible for:
• Assist indeveloping and implementing health and safety programs to ensure a secureworking environment for all employees.
• Participate insafety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and aiding in implementingcorrective actions.
• Support thedelivery of safety training sessions and promote awareness of safe workpractices.
• Learn aboutquality management systems and aid in maintaining quality standards throughoutthe manufacturing process.
• Assist in qualitycontrol activities, including inspections and data collection, ensuringproducts meet customer requirements.
• Support analysisof quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in HSQtraining programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in health, safety, andquality management.
• Engage withoperational teams to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-onexperience in HSQ practices.
• Contribute ideasand insights to foster a culture of safety and quality excellence within theorganization.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed,you will need:
•A NSW driving licence
•Bachelor degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Science or a similardiscipline
•Desire to work in a business enablement function, partnering with the businesson a daily basis to make improvements and ensure success
•Motivation to learn and grow
