Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting for hospitals or aged care companies (this is essential)
- Passion for making meaningful placements that enrich lives.
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
- Resilient and Persistent approach
- Must be based in Australia
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Home office space
- Preferably have used Jobadder but not essential
- Be able to embrace business development effectively
- Be happy on a self employed commission only contract (no base salary)
