Tasks & Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and monitor movement of Specialised Fleet in line with Fatigue Management
• Manage site levels in accordance with their requirements and daily usage
• Manage load request times for customers followed up with responsive communication
• Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance
• Ensure safe, cost effective and reliable distribution of products
• Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice
• Capturing of data and relevant safety statistics for client KPIs
• Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning and daily delivery volumes

Skills & Experience

• Previous scheduling or equivalent experience is highly regarded
• Heavy Haulage experience or a passion for it is ideal
• Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
