Tasks & Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate and monitor movement of Specialised Fleet in line with Fatigue Management
- Manage site levels in accordance with their minops requirements and daily usage
- Manage load request times for DG customers followed up with responsive communication
- Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance
- Ensure safe, cost effective and reliable distribution of bulk DG products
- Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice
- Capturing of data and relevant safety statistics for client KPIs
- Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Seek out operational process improvements and initiatives
- Daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning and daily delivery volumes
Skills & Experience
- Previous scheduling experience (DG experience highly regarded)
- Current Drivers Licence (MC highly regarded)
- Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
