The Role: Schedule Coordinator

Are you ready to be a vital part of our dynamic Operations Team? Based in Malaga, we are seeking a proactive Schedule Coordinator to join us in managing the intricate logistics of our charter services.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in scheduling, planning, and coordinating our charter operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service while tackling new challenges every day. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling, planning, and coordinating services, drivers, and coaches.
• Forward planning and allocating charter work to vehicles.
• Coordinating and allocating drivers for scheduled work.
• Working closely with drivers to ensure timely scheduling, especially during peak periods.
• Collaborating with subcontractors when necessary.
• Liaising with workshop and operations teams.
• Assisting in maintaining a safe working environment.
• Managing, updating, and storing documents, data, and files.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in transport, logistics, or similar roles with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to proactively find solutions and manage disputes effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of Perth metro and regional areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn Bus Management Software.
• Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility in managing priorities and dispatching jobs in a busy environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.

Software Knowledge Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Bus Management Software (CMS).
