The Exciting Role
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our collaborative and professional team at our Coopers Plains Workshop. The main focus of this role will be completing heavy diesel vehicle services from minor repairs to major rebuilds!
You will have an uncompromising approach to safety and have a strong ability to work within timeframes. Be mentored by a Maintenance Manager who leads from the front and truly takes a People first approach!

Key Responsibilities
- Servicing heavy diesel engine vehicles, including preventative or routine maintenance and repairs.
- Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components.
- Diagnosing and testing parts using advanced diagnostic technology.
- Accurate record management of repairs and maintenance
- Reviewing work orders and inspections of equipment
Skills and Knowledge
- Qualified and experienced mechanic
- A valid driver's license - HR license preferred
- Forklift license advantageous
- Strong knowledge in all facets to maintenance of road transport equipment
- Experience working on Scania and Iveco trucks highly desirable
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
