Experience in the Real Estate industry is essential with a minimum of 5 years of great people management skills, a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.

Responsibility
- Managing internal Sales and Clients
- Using Systems such as Property Me and Eagle
- Appraising properties
- Obtaining listings of properties for sale.
- Marketing the property.
- Seeking out and introducing buyers.
- Offering advice on current market conditions.
- Arranging and overseeing inspections.
- Negotiating the sale.
- Liaising with legal representative
- Generate leads to fuel our growth.
- Assist with open homes and inspections.
- Managing buyer enquiry
- Database management
- Assist the team with out-of-office appointments.
Requirements
- Hold a current Qld Real Estate Salesperson Licence
- Hold a full current Qld drivers licence
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- An energetic personality, self-motivated and have high ethical values
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
