AddressWe are looking to recruit an experienced High Volume Barista for Ryan John Coffee and Kitchen in Heathridge. We have an amazing team which includes staff who have been with us for more than ten years, and offer an incredibly supportive culture. All our food is made with love from scratch and we have a cult following in our community for our burgers and homemade treats.
Please note that we will only consider candidates with a minimum of two years High Volume coffee experience. It is essential that you are confident with grinder adjustments and committed to consistency at all times. We are looking for a gun and happy to pay up for the right fit!
Although your primary role would be barista work, we are looking for someone that also enjoys getting back of house to assist our kitchen team with making burgers and toasties, food preparation, and general all round duties.
The most important factor for this role is personality! We care very much about having fun at work and maintaining a great vibe for our furiously loyal customers. Happy staff means happy customers! We like to have a laugh, take the piss out of each other, tell stupid dad jokes and play our music loud. Hospitality should never, ever be boring!
We are open Tuesday-Sunday and require someone who can do 6am starts if required - so please only apply if you aren't grumpy in the morning ;)
