We are currently seeking a Full Time permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, we are seeking an ICT Business Solutions Coordinator to lead the definition, design, management and support of technology applications and data servicing requirements of the organisation; including business intelligence, analytics and associated integrations to perform their respective duties. We are looking someone who can bring their skills and experience to perform the following:
- Transform our enterprise systems landscape including a leadership role in our ERP transition program.
- Maximise the value of our data by extracting insights for business value creation.
- Implement contemporary systems integration to connect up our processes to improve efficiencies.
- Mature our operational support processes and optimise systems lifecycle investment.
- Oversee ICT sourcing and vendor management.
To be considered you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior ICT Application Management, Product Owner or relevant role across a broad range of technologies and relevant sectors and industries
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technology/ICT discipline
- ITIL certification
- Related data management certification such as CDMP or equivalent
- Local government ICT experience is desirable
