Job Title: HOC Co-facilitator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HOC Co-facilitator to join our team in the social care industry. The ideal candidate will have mid to senior level experience in facilitating group sessions and providing support to individuals with complex needs. This part-time role will involve working closely with the HOC team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Co-facilitate group sessions for clients in the HOC program
- Provide individual support and guidance as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with other members of the HOC team to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a social care setting
- Certification or training in facilitation techniques is preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices is a plus
