Your new company
You will be a vital part of the main accommodation option for visitors and workers in the remote town of Wadeye on the western coast of the Northern Territory. You will be working for a not-for-profit corporate entity that plays a leadership and governance role in the region, supporting the community as they strive for economic independence and freedom from reliance on welfare and government subsidies.
Your new role
You will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing bookings and invoices for accommodation, answering phone calls, and managing finance records. You will provide administrative support to the manager to ensure all paperwork is completed effectively and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Office administration experience
