About the Role: 

We're seeking Home Care Scheduling Team Members to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Home Care program. You'll work closely with the Home Care Scheduling Manager to develop and maintain robust scheduling processes that optimise resources and reduce costs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Home Care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery in compliance with organisational policies and legislative requirements. This involves collaborating closely with the Home Care Scheduling Manager to establish robust scheduling processes that optimise resources and minimise costs. Additionally, you will provide essential support to the Home Care Manager and Coordinators, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the program. 

You will work collaboratively with staff to create fair and reasonable rosters that meet the needs of both clients and employees. This includes managing roster changes promptly and effectively to minimise disruptions to service provision. Your role will also involve offering guidance and advice to stakeholders on matters related to scheduling, leveraging your expertise to address any scheduling challenges that may arise. 

Furthermore, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing of staff mileage payments by cross-referencing mileage forms with rosters. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reconciliation of shifts and related documentation for finance processing. Your ability to generate insightful reports and analysis on rostering data will be essential in informing decision-making processes and optimising scheduling practices for the benefit of the organisation and the individuals it serves.
