ABOUT YOU
You have great communication skills as well as be able to multi-task. You demonstrate great time-management skills and proficient in MS office programs. Previous experience with scheduling services would be highly regarded.
The Role: Please note this role is a 6 months full-time fixed term contract ending in June 2024.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently Schedule CHSP Clients Onboarding to meet client needs
- Ensure staff schedules adhere to the guidelines and rights within their collective agreement
- Demonstrate a high commitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for the staff and clients
- Answer calls through the Home Care and Clinical Enquiry lines and provide assistance as required
- Assist the CHSP Service Coordinator and Onboarding Coordinator
- Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months old (or provide a receipt at interview stage).
- Current C Class Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
- Proof of Covid-19 and Flu 2023 vaccinations
- Previous Aged/Home Care experience desirable
- Tertiary qualifications of Certificate IV in Aged Care and/or Community Care. (desired)
- Previous experience as a Scheduler (or similar) will be highly regarded.
