• Salary Packaging up to $15,899 pa (PPT only)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Home Support Worker assists a range of elderly clients with activities of daily living such as Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Social Support and Respite in their home and in the community.

 Qualifications and Requirements

•  Completed a Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care or equivalent industry qualification, with proven personal care experience
•   Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
•   Current driver's licence (no L’s)
•   Reliable motor vehicle (including valid registration & minimum third-party property damage insurance).

Due to the quantity of Domestic Assistance, which includes manual handling and requires an adequate level of fitness, candidates who pass the interview stage are required to attend a Pre-Employment Fitness Assessment, which we arrange and pay for.
