Systems Administrator

SMS Group Services are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their Welshpool team.

About the  role:

• Assist with invoicing, including data entry and verification of invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statement and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports and assist stores teams to complete their administrative duties.
• Answering calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate date and work orders are being entered into the system.
• Data Entry for Quantify.
• Processing PPE for newly on boarded personnel.
• Ensuring PPE supply level is maintained.

About You:

• Previous Administrator experience with a background in Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook
• High Level verbal, written  communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaboration with like-minded individuals who value a positive work environment.

Mandatory Checks: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination and provide a police check/criminal background clearance as a part of the final recruitment process.
