Hospitality Concierge -Remote

In this position, your primary responsibility will be managing room reservations and booking accommodations for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, addressing special requests or concerns.
• Process payments, reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
