This is a unique role to join a global consultancy firm that provides you with the opportunity to work across the Parramatta and CBD offices. This is a temporary position to commence immediately, with the view to go permanent.
About the role:
- Meet and greet clients with 5 star excellence
- Booking and organising meeting rooms
- Maintenance of meeting rooms to ensure they are set up and ready to go with all the necessary equipment and amenities
- Organising events and catering tailored to clients preferences
- Taking coffee and food orders
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness
- Previous Concierge| Front of House | Guest Services experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry to deliver 5 star service
- Polished presentation, comfortable in a corporate environment
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Communication skills suited to liaising at executive level
- Full time temporary position with the view to go permanent
