About the Role and the duties

• supervising wine tastings and tours
• overseeing customer reservations and reception
• ensuring and reviewing customer satisfaction
• training and supervision of staff
• ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• monitoring preparation and presentation of food
• planning and organising special functions and entertainment activities
• directing housekeeping activities
• property maintenance
• liaising with community groups

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma
• Dynamic and professional
• 2 years (minimum) of full time relevant work experience
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Shopify
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
