Your Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service.
• Set the standard by fostering exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the establishment.

About you

• Previous experience in hospitality a must, with proven leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and across other venues as may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and a solution focused mindset.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
