About the Role:The Hospitality Trainee is a 12 month fixed term traineeship where you will provide quality customer service to guests and clients, and learn to maintain health and safety requirements within the workplace.
Duties:- Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times.
- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
- Undertake basic food preparation and service duties.
- Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
- Adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation.
- Provide general assistance in cleaning of kitchen and functional areas.
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Good study regime.
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
- Previous team work experience.
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
