As Duty Manager at the Perisher Valley Hotel – you will be involved in the running of all areas of the hotel. While on duty, you will help oversee the front office, housekeeping and restaurant operations. Ideally you will be able to balance your workload with training and coaching of the staff and enjoying a chat with our lovely guests.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

• Supervise PVH bars & restaurants
• Deal with any guest complaints that may arise whilst on duty
• Help encourage and train all staff to allow them to do the best job possible
• Communicate effectively at all times with your peers, colleagues and guests

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge and experience in all areas of hotel operations, including front and back of house
• NSW RSA Certificate
• Driver’s licence

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, most roles start in June and finish in late September.
