About the Company
Our client is an organisation within the Hospitality Industry. A multi venue group who are currently on the lookout for a passionate Hotel Licensee to join their growing team. They are willing and able to provide training to develop someone looking to go from Senior Duty Manager to a fully-fledged Licensee.
About You
- Are you someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hotel Management?
- Looking to step up to a Licensee role?
- Are your system skills second to none? (POS, Poker Machines, TAB & KENO)
- Do you have full availability to work a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends)?
- Do you see yourself as a natural leader?
- Are you able to communicate effectively?
- Do have natural customer service skills?
- Do you have leadership and organisational skills?
- Are you someone who has great energy and immaculate presentation?
- Do you love building and maintaining customer relationships?
What You Will Need to Succeed
You will have 3+ years’ experience within the Hotel Management environment and have a passion for maintaining positive staff, client and customer relationships. You will show initiative to take on any duties that come your way by shifting priorities and being extremely flexible. All customer queries will be responded to efficiently and you must have exceptional time management. You will hold valid NSW RSA and RCG Certificates. A sound knowledge of all things gaming is desired but a willingness to learn will also be considered.
