Located in picturesque Bright (Northeast Victoria), the Alpine Hotel seeks an ambitious Hotel Operations Manager to bring their passion and skills to our busy hotel, cafe and fast food venue.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will manage a busy hotel and other venue operations.
Responsibilities:
- Daily hotel and other venue operations
- Managing suppliers' agreement
- Proactive social media and marketing relations
- Monitoring costs, budgets and meeting industry operating standards
- Rostering
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
- Monitoring staff performance
- Legislation compliance
Requirements :
- Motivated and professional
- Hands-on
- Previous Hotel managerial experience is essential
- Ability to relate and communicate with staff
- Evidence of previous experience with reporting, costs, budgets and KPIs
- Attention to detail in food presentation
- Proactive
- Excellent customer service focus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work to a routine and ordering guidelines
- Consistency with staff meetings and training
- Ability to train staff and nourish teamwork
- Bubbly and professional attitude
- Hotel industry compliance awareness
