The Role
As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or Events professional to join the team, hospitality experience is a must. This is an exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to be part of a thriving and diverse team, delivering the best event experiences in the industry.
Main accountabilities include:
- Leadership and supervisionof the floor operations team, ensuring the team deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the guest’s journey.
- Passion for product. Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistency around all aspects of food and beverage.
- Promoting a healthy working environmentfor the team – enjoyable, educational, results-focused and respectful.
- Strong attention to detailand maintenance of venue presentation - every little detail matters.
You will have:
- Ideally you will Event floor Venue management experience running medium to large-scale events and floor teams.
- A passionate go-getter attitude with a great eye for detail.
- Personality – let your personal brand shine as you lead from the front.
- To display a hands-on collaborative working style showcasing positivity and leadership.
