About the role
As part of our reception team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception desk, which includes, but is not limited to, checking guests in and out of their accommodation, providing local information/directions, assist with activity bookings, processing online and phone bookings for upcoming reservations and general office tasks as required.
About you
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Previous customer service experience.
- High level of communication skills, written and verbal.
- Cash handling experience.
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft, word, excel, outlook).
- Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition.
- Work well autonomously and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail & time management skills.
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
This is a casual position with the possibility to progress to part/full time.
