About the role
Our Hotel Services employees at Fernhill, Caboolture are an integral part of our team, ensuring our residents enjoy delicious meals and a clean-living space. In this role as a Kitchen assistant/Houskeeper, you will assist with preparing and serving meals to our wonderful residents or cleaning residents' accommodations and facilities to a high standard.
Duties include:
- Involved in food preparation for our residents
- General cleaning / Housekeeping duties as required
- Previous experience in Kitchen Hand and House Keeping
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Reliability and shift flexibility
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- COVID vaccinations in line with current requirements
- 2023 Flu vaccination or willingness to obtain
