The Opportunity: Skin & Threads seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our HQ team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be pivotal in supporting both directors in the day-to-day operations.
You will create and manage purchase orders for international and local shipments, receive and dispatch stock from warehouses to stores, and manage inventory stock takes across both warehouses and stores.
Online customer relations management/product expertise, customer feedback, and various services through responses and actions to solve all queries and provide adequate service.
What we are looking for:
- FULL TIME - Monday – Friday 10 am – 4 pm
- Experience in admin and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond to a wide range of timely enquiries and requests.
- Ability to show initiative and critical thinking.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt and operate cin 7 and Shopify software
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure all returns and exchanges are processed correctly.
- Effective use of Shopify platform for customer details, order details, tracking information, refunds and exchanges.
- Understand the various offers and products on the S&T website for upcoming launches and loyalty offers to inform customers with relevant desired information and outcomes.
- Report to Management any frequently recurring queries or correspondence requiring escalation.
