ABOUT THE ROLE
The House Coordinator role works with other key Intensive Therapeutic Residential Care (ITRC) Team members to lead the implementation of the ITRC model and to ensure that the CASPA care home provides a therapeutic environment which actively engages children and young people in activities and routines to support them to learn life skills, including emotional regulation, problem solving, and social competencies. This position is primarily based within the home environment and requires flexibility, complimented by experience effectively managing teams and working with complex trauma-based needs.
