Bridgeport Hotel in Murray Bridge is looking for a Casual Housekeeping Supervisor with a keen attention to detail and a passion for motivating the team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the Housekeeping Team
- Drive the productivity, motivation and development of all Housekeeping Team Members
- Assist in training of the Housekeeping Team
- Ensure high cleanliness and productivity standards are met
- Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift
- Monitor labour costs and productivity output according to occupancy levels while also monitoring the room cleanliness standards through daily inspections
- Co-ordinate cleaning activities
- Ensure team achieves cleaning time frames and quality standards
- Assist with shift coverage, as required.
- Work closely with all departments to achieve high standard rooms, products and services
- Assist Management in the performance management activities of workers such as training and feedback

- Held previous supervisor experience in a Housekeeping environment (strongly encouraged)
- Demonstrates exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

- Is team focused with the ability to work autonomously.
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of safe and efficient Housekeeping procedures.
- Shows a friendly and outgoing personality
- Maintains excellent grooming and presentation skills
