We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Daydream Island.
You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in achieving a high standard of cleanliness in keeping our guests’ rooms and public areas looking amazing for our guests.
About the job:
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision and motivation of our housekeeping team
- Daily allocation of rooms and duties.
- Assist with the induction and training of new team members.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned to a high standard and in line with Resort productivity.
- Ensure the efficient preparation, cleanliness, and presentation of guest rooms.
- Exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
About you:
- Well organised, with fantastic attentional to detail.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Team orientated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Is time efficient and works with speed and efficiency.
- Full availability to work a rotating roster.
