The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Towers Housekeeping team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Manage the minibar, guest services and guest amenities; such as setting up roll-a-way beds and restocking supplies.
- Support in the delivery of quality care and service to our guests
- Ensure general cleanliness and upkeep of hotel public areas
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous Houseperson experience in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication skills and a keen focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong multi-tasking skills and a exceptional eye for detail
This role requires:
- Ability to work a rotational roster 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and midnight
- A strong focus on team work and collaboration
