What will your new day look like?

• You will enrich people's lives through forging strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Manage & maintain a dynamic property portfolio
• Assist and guide tenants to successfully manage their arrears
• Undertake periodic inspections, including ingoing/outgoing inspections
• Facilitate support and solutions for repairs and maintenance of tenancies
• Process lease sign ups with compassion and empathy
• Resolve tenancy issues through attending NCAT hearings
• Help support our tenants and create thriving communities

 Some important things you will need to begin this journey!

• Proven residential and tenancy management experience;
• Certificate IV or higher in Social Housing or a related field (desirable);
• Awareness of the social and community housing sector services and principles;
• Commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience;
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills;
• Are a self starter who is organised and able to prioritise;
• Love collaborating and working in a team;
• Possess a current Drivers Licence;
• Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check;
• Willingness to obtain a NDIS check.
