The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focused Housing Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team located in our Adelaide Office on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, the role is critical for the delivery of first response customer service in line with the National Housing Service Standards.
The role is also responsible for an array of administration duties vital to the functioning of the team and requires the successful candidate to have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, be an effective communicator, be adaptable and possess strong administrative skills.

About You
We are seeking someone with sound technical skills and knowledge combined with a collaborative and flexible style together with and a strong commitment to our vision and mission.
- Sound knowledge of and use of the Microsoft Office Suite, and confidence to learn and use other systems.
- Previous administrative / reception / call centre experience, answering incoming calls and emails with the ability to triage customer requests efficiently.
- Experience delivering high quality and efficient administrative work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience or ability to handle challenging conversations with clients over the phone.
- Well-developed organisational skills.
- Solutions focused.
- Time management skills and ability to adapt to changing organisational needs.
