HR Administration Officer
We are seeking an organised person with great attention to detail and ability to manage tasks within a set time-frame to work within an administration team as HR Administration Officer at Oryx Communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with:
- Recruitment
- Staff on boarding
- Training record management
- Compliance registers
- Data entry
- General office duties
- Recording keeping during interviews and staff meetings
About You
- Well presented, professional demeanour.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Awareness of employment instruments such as agreements, awards and employee contracts.
- Previous experience in scheduling or admin functions in a busy, varied role.
- Articulate, high attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, representatives, staff and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise work as well as work under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to work effectively and cohesively within a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision.
Requirements for the Role
National Police Check Valid no later than 3 months
Right to work in Australia
Desirable- Cert IV in HR or other administrative role.
