Some of the responsibilities of this diverse roll will include:
- Recruitment of employees, including posting advertisements, screening, reference checks, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Coordinating inductions, medicals and onboarding employees.
- Maintaining documentation and quality assurance.
- Assistance with HR projects and overall business HR strategy.
- Completing HR administrative tasks.
- Effectively communicating with multiple Department Managers.
- Assisting with personnel management including performance management and workers compensation.
- Assisting with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Assisting with reception and Business Administration when required.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise activities to meet time critical deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Positive, confident and effective communication skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to learn new software packages.
- Strong administration and data entry skills.
