A temporary assignment has become available for an experienced Human Resource Administrator with Australia’s largest meat and food processing company, located in the Ipswich area.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is initially required for a period of 3-6 months, however, there is a likelihood of it being offered as a permanent opportunity in the future. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Implementation of efficient and effective HR practices that are aligned to business objectives.
- Ensuring and supporting positive employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant external stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining all HR records.
- Associated administration tasks
We are seeking availability to work Monday to Friday and due to the nature of the business, QFever vaccination is a mandatory requirement to work at this site. To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with both employees and management.
- Organising and planning skills
- Computer literate specifically in word and excel
- Ability to work in a close-knit team, and independently
- Current driver’s license
Rostered hours will be between Monday to Friday (38 hours per week starting at 4:30am). A great opportunity for an early riser who enjoys their afternoons.
