About the role

As Senior Projects Lead (Customer Experience) you will be part of the Customer Experience team, responsible for delivering on our Customer Experience Strategy. Your main focus will be delivering on projects that enable us to better understand and meet our customers’ needs.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering on a range of customer-centric change projects, including our Voice of the Customer program
- Supporting the collection, analysis, and use of customer data, feedback, and insights
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement, including workshops, information sessions, and meetings with senior staff
- Providing internal services to teams seeking to improve their customer-centric practice
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing/communications, psychology, or another relevant professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience
- Experience managing, leading, and delivering on moderate-to-complex change projects
- The ability to be resilient, agile, and personable
- An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership

This is fixed-term position until May 2025, Level 7 with a salary commencing at $110,575 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
