About the role
Referred to internally as the People & Development Administrator, this role is crucial in supporting Luxe Care's people related processes and activities. It is a fast paced role where you will be exposed to all aspects of the People & Development (P&D) department. Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Undertaking recruitment and onboarding activities to support our growing workforce.
- Assisting with employee lifecycle related documentation and activities (employment offers and contracts, status changes, offboarding).
- Supporting and responding to general HR, WHS and learning and development queries, escalating where required.
- Assisting with delivering people related reports and metrics.
- Supporting compliance on P&D related matters (licences, employment checks, professional registrations).
- Assisting with the implementation and ongoing promotion of people related engagement initiatives and projects.
- Assisting with general phone enquiries for the wider business.
Full-time position, 5 days per week, based from our Hawthorn office.

- Have practical HR experience and have previously worked in a fast paced administration role.
