The Role
As they anticipate further growth in the upcoming year, they are actively seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join their HR department. This position, reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, entails offering customised advice, support, and guidance to both line managers and employees regarding human resources policies, programs, procedures, practices, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develops, implements, reviews, and advises on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provides coaching, advice, and assistance to line managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives.
- Liaises with line managers to establish business needs and develop HR solutions to meet these needs.
- Oversees or conducts induction programs for new employees.
- Assists with implementing remuneration and performance review policies.
- Conducts or coordinates investigations and reviews into workplace complaints.
- Compiles, interprets, and maintains HR reporting.
- Ensures maintenance of job descriptions.
- May develop and maintain organisational charts.
- May counsel employees and discuss individual grievances, problems, and difficulties.
- May conduct exit interviews and other employment separation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Trustworthiness with good judgment
- The ability to relate well with all levels of management
- An understanding of how an FMCG business operates
