Role: HR ADVISOR / HRBP (ER Focus)
- Contract role (till end December 2024)
- Part-time (3 days per week. Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Office Location: Mulgrave
Role scope:
Support HR Director and HRBPs with development, coordination and execution of all related actions against legislative changes.
Role will require:
- Application of any actions pertaining to Closing Loopholes 1&2
- Application of any actions pertaining to Positive Duty
- Application of any actions pertaining to WGEA
- Develop and/or source training pertaining to legislative changes
- Development of surveys pertaining to legislative changes
- Develop/Update policies pertaining to legislative changes
Additional tasks:
- Manage changes pertaining to legislative changes in any onboarding documents
- Manage policy sign off and related reporting
- Manage flexible working arrangements (review existing and manage new)
- Provide support during annual merit cycle
- Develop presentations as required
- HRBP support (administrative tasks as required)
Skillset / Experience required:
- Strong Employee Relations experience.
- Knowledge of latest legislative changes.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills.
