We are looking to speak to candidates with a variety of skillsets including employee and industrial relations, recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, providing general HR advise and dealing with HR queries. Strong communication and proactive mindset are essential.
Our team is actively seeking individuals for the following roles:
- HR Administrators
- HR Advisors
- HR Coordinators
- Junior HR Business Partners
- 1-3 years human resources experience
- Experience advising on employee lifecycle related matters
- Experience assisting with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. JobAdder, Bullhorn, BambooHR, ELMO, Employment Hero, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
