As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compensation and performance management strategies align with our organisational goals and foster employee growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of remuneration programs, including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation analysis.
- Support the coordination and execution of the performance review process, including scheduling, data collection, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and performance management activities.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to educate employees and managers on performance management best practices.
- Participate in the review and enhancement of existing remuneration and performance review processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant coursework or certification in HR is a plus.
- 2 + years' experience in a HR role, with exposure to remuneration and performance management functions.
- Familiarity with basic principles of compensation, performance evaluation methodologies, and HRIS systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
