If you are an experienced Human Resources Generalist, that has experience across either retail or hospitality and can provide comprehensive HR support and guidance across policies, engagement, compliance and drive a culture of continuous improvement, this could be your next role!
Key responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding and maintaining accurate records
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and employment related matters such as Award and roster compliance
- Assist in employee relations, performance management and investigations as required
- Administer compensation and benefits changes including salary reviews, bonuses and promotions
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Assist with Workers Compensation claims and conduct regular risk assessments, driving a safety culture
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and analytics
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as required
- 5+ years HR Generalist experience
- Experience within retail or hospitality industry sectors
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
