Collaborate with managers to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
Design, update, and maintain policies and procedures.
Take the stage with training sessions to keep the team in the loop on policy changes.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 3 years end-to-end HR experience
Strong employee relations & workers' compensation knowledge
Demonstrate strong Stakeholder management and have diverse cultural awareness
Asia language capability is highly desirable
